Riding the rails is not only one of the most enjoyable ways to travel Norway, in some respects, it’s the most practical. Much of Norway is unspoiled, as in rugged terrain that can be traversed by car, but the train is a lot faster…and safer. Especially when the weather is bad. Remember, this is the Arctic.
