Brooklyn • Hanging Out

Brooklyn is big…much bigger than most people think who aren’t from the city. It has its own downtown, its own skyscrapers…it’s big enough that there are people who live in the community who rarely travel outside its boundaries, even to work. Everything they could possibly need is right there, including nightlife. Like the other boroughs of New York City outside of Manhattan, it’s more residential than commercial, full of those iconic Brooklyn brownstone homes with the giant “stoop” out front, where you can sit and watch the neighborhood go by. But don’t let that fool you. It’s a diverse and happening place, with a huge variety of things to see and do.
